The alcohol breath test was developed in the 1950’s and has been used over years to assist in keeping drunk drivers in check. We read or see on TV about drivers involved in accidents that are later charged with a DUI or even spend some time in jail. It is important for public safety that drunken drivers are taken off the roads.

If you feel that you might fall into category and enjoy a drink or three, it would be wise not to drink and drive. One thing would be to have your own alcohol analyzer to check whether you should get behind the wheel.
